This 3-hour tour will highlight several projects and areas of development in the Plymouth Community by expert tour guides.  Attendees will hear the latest status on all development properties and commercial real estate in the region.  All attendees will also receive a detailed briefing book, and have the opportunity to network while on board the bus.  
The Pit-Stop is also a Bus Tour Highlight.

Everyone knows that you need to create a successful marketing strategy in order to have a successful business. But this fundamental requirement isn’t always formalized in a small business, and it begins at the top... with the Leader. Therefore, before you decide how to market to potential customers, make sure you first take the time to figure out who your company is going to market to. And if the Leader can’t articulate it clearly and unambiguously, how is the rest of the organization expected to create winning strategies directed to these ideal customers?
Don’t neglect one of the most important aspects of marketing: defining your ideal customer profile (ICP).

The 3-part leadership development series that also includes  “The 7 Cardinal Sins of the Small Business Owner” (April 19) and “Driving Accountability in your Organization” (May 17). The series is offered at a discounted rate of $49, with all registration fees donated to The Plymouth Recover Center.
