The Ideal Customer Profile for You and Your Team

The Ideal Customer Profile for You and Your Team
Everyone knows that you need to create a successful marketing strategy in order to have a successful business. But this fundamental requirement isn’t always formalized in a small business, and it begins at the top... with the Leader. Therefore, before you decide how to market to potential customers, make sure you first take the time to figure out who your company is going to market to. · How to define the ideal customer in a manner understandable to your team
· Why the ICP is one of the most important things you can do for your business
