Driving Accountability in your Organization

Driving Accountability in your Organization
Accountability in an organization is just as important as anything else people do on the job. It means that every single team member has made a personal commitment to meet or exceed the company's goals. It's not a bullet point on a job description but rather a mentality embodied by all. In this workshop, you will learn:
· What a culture of accountability or non-accountability looks like
· How you build a culture of accountability
· What it takes to reset a company culture
The single event cost for this May 17th seminar is $20, and all of the proceeds will be donated to The Plymouth Recovery Center (a non-profit organization that will support post-recovery support and counseling for those who have walked the opioid addiction path.
