Cape Cod Healthcare's Centennial Gala Celebration

2016 marks the 100th anniversary of the VNA's humble beginnings with one nurse on a bicycle visiting families in need in Woods Hole. As the leading provider of homecare and hospice services, the VNA of Cape Cod provides more than 388,000 home visits annually from Plymouth to Provincetown, including Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket- a service area spanning more than 1,400 square miles.

To recognize the organization's outstanding achievements over the last century, The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod will be the exclusive honoree for the 2016 Summer Charity Gala, and we hope you’ll join us for this very special evening celebrating 100 years of providing home health and hospice services.

The event will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Ridge Club in Sandwich. This uplifting evening will include a cocktail reception, live auction and seated multi-course dinner. Afterwards, you and your guests will enjoy dancing to the unforgettable and dynamic artists of Soul Sound Revue.
