Christ Church Lobster and Strawberry Festival & Craft Fair
There is nothing like enjoying homemade strawberry shortcake and succulent lobster rolls during the summertime! Both will be served at Christ Church’s third annual Lobster and Strawberry Festival and Craft Fair on Aug. 7 and 8.
The event, hosted by the Evening Women’s Group (EWG) of Christ Church Parish, will be held from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday at the church in Plymouth and will feature “entirely homemade” strawberry shortcake and lobster rolls prepared with the best parts of the lobster: claws and knuckles.
Also on menu will be clam chowder, hot dogs, and other food items. In addition there will be a baked-goods and fresh-produce table, and a raffle with an assortment of prizes.
The Craft Fair will be held outside of the church from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Only hand-crafted items will be featured.
