Chamber Calendar

The Mac County Round Up is sponsored by the McPherson Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Committee to fund an Agriculture of America Scholarship.  

Date: Saturday, April 21st, 2018
Check-in is from 7-7:30 a.m.
Race starts at 8:00 a.m. from the McPherson High School, 801 E. First St.
All ages are encouraged to participate. Participants can run or walk either event, however, the course will close at 8:45 a.m. and awards will be presented by 9:00 a.m.

Entry fee:
5 K Run or Walk is $25 if registered before April 6th; or $30 if registered after April 6th
1 Mile Run/Walk is $20 if registered before April 6th; or $25 if registered after April 6th

Payment of cash or check made payable to the McPherson Chamber of Commerce,

*T-shirts will be guaranteed only if registered before April 6th.

Awards: The top 3 male and female 5K finishers will be awarded unique prizes of cuts of meat!! 1 mile participants will not be time or receive awards.

The McPherson Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring back Bill Drury, nationally recognized management consultant, author, and speaker for a workshop that has been specifically designed for those in the role of company supervisor or manager. During this seminar of proven strategies and techniques, Drury will address topics such as problem solving, building trust, improving communication skills, and building employee engagement and teamwork.

The ½ day seminar is Wednesday, May 23rd from 8:00 a.m.-12 noon at the McPherson Museum, 1111 E. Kansas. Call 241-3303 to register.
