Created through a partnership with the Chamber's Bakersfield Young Professionals and Kern Community Foundation, Philanthropy on Tap is a free monthly series that gives nonprofits a platform to share their services, needs and volunteer opportunities. Attendees will receive complimentary wine, beer and appetizers.

Held in the Wall Street Alley in downtown Bakersfield, this annual event brings together entertainment, great atmosphere and connections for young professionals.

Bakersfield Young Professionals will shut down the Wall Street Alley in the heart of downtown for the third annual BYP Street Party. Rock out to live music from the Therese Muller Band and DJ Mike Broida. There will also be local food truck vendors, a craft beer garden, cocktails, games and more. Access the party by entering through The Park at The Mark, 1623 19th Street.

The BYP Street Party is presented by Kern Federal Credit Union. Other sponsors include Advance Beverage Company, TBC Media, W.A. Thompson, LeBeau-Thelen LLP, Daniells Phillips Vaughan & Bock, The Mark Restaurant and Pepsi Beverages Company.
