Help ARRC Technology kick off its 25th anniversary, and enjoy drinks, delicious fare from Cafe Med and build connections. Johnny Bedingfield, from JB Motorsports, will be out with his racecar. The evening is also a chance to tour ARRC Technology's state-of-the-art facility and training rooms and learn how the company can design and manage your next technology project.

Attendees will receive complimentary wine, beer and appetizers.

Two of Bakersfield's top legal attorneys will update you about new employment legislation. Jerry W. Pearson and Jefferson X. Eberhardt, both of Young Wooldridge LLP, will explain what you need to know to stay in compliance. They will discuss new legislation and cases covering the following:
     Can hugging create a hostile work environment?
     Reasonable Accommodation
     New limitations on use of criminal background information
     New proposed legislation including expanded parental leave, "opportunity to work", and Ban the Box.
