Jason Gutierrez of Enigma, a local, full-service multimedia marketing and advertising agency, will explain:

* How to make your own ad space via viceo and social media
* How to be a Vlogger (yes, that's a word)

Check-in and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the session will last from noon to 1:30 p.m. Cost is $20 for members; $40 for nonmembers. A boxed lunch will be provided.

Our guest speakers will be Bakersfield City Manager Alan Tandy and Kern County Administrative Officer John Nilon. Mr. Nilon and Mr. Tandy will speak to their respective budgets and how they relate to the business community. Join us for a frank, dollars-and-cents conversation with the chief executives of our area's largest governmental entities.
