In 2012, DesignTeam reorganized, forming DesignTeam Plus, LLC as a multi-disciplinary design firm that fused the abilities of Ralph Nunez, Landscape Architect, Harold Remlinger, Architect, and Shari Stein, Interior Designer.

Our Philosophy

By promoting a holistic collaboration between client, designer, and beyond, we strive to generate a design that not only exceeds expectation but harbors relationships conducive to producing cutting edge work.
We see every idea as an opportunity, every project as a new and interesting challenge, and every client as someone with a vision worth pursuing. Ultimately, our goal is to mutually create an experience that is both unique and lasting.

Our Culture

We have cultivated an atmosphere that nurtures the genesis of ideas, stimulates learning, and balances the creative integrity of hard work. Our success is based on the support we offer each other, and dedication to exceeding our client's expectations.
