Dawn has 25+ years of experience in the hospitality industry in sales, marketing and customer service.  It is her time volunteering with seniors that led her to the Village Cooperative.  Her sincerity and empathy for people transistion into the next chapter of their lives, coupled with an unrelenting passion to serve others creates a bond with her clients that is strong and enduring.  Dawn loves to hike, travel and spend time with her family in her free time.  Most of all she loves Texas y'all.

Although my family didn't move to Allen until 1974, my grandparents had been here since 1960. My grandfather owned a small business (S & R Appliance) in McKinney and spent time in most of the homes here repairing appliances. I attended Allen schools from 1974 through my graduation in 1979, playing football and basketball (Go Bruisin' Blue) before leaving for college on a basketball scholarship. I consider Allen my hometown and want to help it flourish and help others find their home here.
