Utley Speech Therapy is a private speech therapy clinic. We provide in-person speech therapy for preschool and school-age children in Castroville as well as online speech therapy across Texas. Our mission is to provide much needed speech therapy services to children in Medina County and surrounding areas.  Our office is located in the Castroville Professional Building at 409 Madrid st in Castroville, TX 78009.  (Our door faces Lozano street.) 

Our clinic is now open by appointent and we are accepting new clients.  We accept Superior Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.  Please call us if you have any questions regarding your child's speech or language abilities.
