With over 30 years of dedicated service as a public servant in the State of Pennsylvania, I have cultivated extensive experience in delivering sustained results and driving effective change for diverse populations. My career has primarily focused on supporting veterans, families, and incarcerated individuals, facilitating their transition to better opportunities and outcomes.
During my tenure with the Department of Labor & Industry and the Department of Human Services, I have consistently demonstrated my enthusiasm and superior skills, excelling in both team-based and independent capacities. As a Case Manager, I have managed heavy administrative tasks with precision while upholding a positive work ethic and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
In 2021, I founded the WEPA Empowerment Center, where I currently serve as President. In this role, I am responsible for strategic planning, leadership, and overall operations of the nonprofit organization. I have successfully recruited and trained board members and staff, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Through my efforts, WEPA has secured over $3,450,000 in funding and donations, enabling us to purchase and rehabilitate a historic 16,000 square foot building. This facility serves as a community-based workforce development center, furthering our mission to empower individuals and families to achieve their goals and foster resilience.
