Plymouth, MA, January 9th, 2018.  TheRiot Agency announced today that John Hirko has joined the company as the Director of Growth.

In his new role, John will be focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. He will work cross-functionally with our creative design, analytics, service management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives.

John has spent his career developing customer centric growth systems becoming an experienced business development maven that focuses on creating deep-seated business partnerships.

John graduated from Fitchburg State University and spent many years as a college football coach eventually transitioning into business and relationship development roles for several technology companies.  Most recently, he was responsible for national account management and growth in the commercial print and packaging industries. He works from Plymouth, MA, where he currently resides with his wife and two daughters.
