Lifted Logic, LLC, a web design company in Kansas City, announced the launch of their 2019 Code for a Cause program. Every year, Lifted Logic donates a new website to a local nonprofit organization. This year, they are turning to the community for input on a recipient for 2019.
Nominations are open to any nonprofit organization that possesses a valid 501(c)(3) and is headquartered within 50 miles of the Kansas City metro area. Nominations will be accepted through May 31st, 2019.
The Code for a Cause campaign highlights the benefits of up-to-date web design, functional code, and high-end photography and videography. Specifically, Lifted Logic strives to create a modern, functional online experience to help a nonprofit organization garner additional online traffic, increase awareness for its cause, and promote donations and events.
The team at Lifted Logic will select five finalists from the nominated organizations. Then, they will allow a public voting period from July 1st through July 31st, 2019 to determine the Grand Prize recipient from the list of finalists. Each finalist will receive callouts from Lifted Logic via social media, email newsletters, and its own website. It will also film and produce a 30-second video clip to help promote each of the finalist’s stake in the contest and garner votes from supporters.
The Grand Prize recipient will receive an in-kind donation of $50,000 in the form of a finalized web
product which includes content creation, professional photography & videography, custom web design, web development, 1 year of SSL and hosting services, and more.
