American Friends of ALYN Hospital Announces New National Board Member, Pamela Lippitt

Pamela Lippitt, of The Hill Street Group, has been appointed to the American Friends of ALYN Hospital (AFAH) Board of Directors. The organization, based in New York, supports Alyn Hospital, Israel's only pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation center."Our Board of Directors is comprised of a dedicated team of community leaders committed to improving the lives of children with disabilities worldwide through innovation and best-in-class treatments," said Joanne Blye, Board President of the American Friends of ALYN Hospital. “We are so pleased that Pam has chosen to return to the AFAH board. Her history of commitment to ALYN and her depth of experience in the non-profit world will bring tremendous value to our organization.” Pam first visited ALYN Hospital in 1984 as a staff member on USY Israel Pilgrimage. The following year she became a founding member of Detroit Chapter of the American Friends of ALYN Hospital, eventually becoming chapter president. Pam has traveled to Israel for both business and pleasure 10 times and has always included a visit to ALYN. Pam Lippitt shared that, “ALYN Hospital has held a special place in my heart since my first visit.
