- Maintains brochures in lobby fixtures, keeps it neat and current.
- Ensures compliance with postal regulations; ensures outgoing mail is prepared and ready at the designated time.
- Maintains familiarity with the daily office calendar and the website community calendar in order to answer questions regarding events.
- Takes RSVPs and logs them in the database accurately
- Collects monies as needed.
- Manages the assembling of visitor packets and relocation packets as needed or requested by conventions and events.
