Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce that Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only southern inspired, fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, is coming to Jonesboro!! Located primarily in the Southeastern United States, this will be the first store in the entire state of Arkansas for the rapidly expanding brand. The 2,800 SF freestanding restaurant will be located beside Tacos 4 Life within the former Fairgrounds development, now known as Township Centre, off Red Wolf Boulevard.

Haag Brown Commercial Principal, Joshua Brown represented the development’s owner, Storyline Development, LLC, in the sale of the 0.93 acre tract to NEA Chick, LLC, represented by Haag Brown Commercial Broker, Garrett McPherson.
Construction is set to begin within the next month and the store is anticipated to open this fall.
