Local exchange zones, called Jonesboro Swap Spots, are being incorporated into 5 different locations around Jonesboro. So far the police station located at 1001 S. Caraway Rd. has the sign up and cameras rolling 24-7 to provide video surveillance for all who need to meet for an exchange. Four other locations are coming soon.
