Misung Billins, who works as a private chef/caterer, cooking instructor, and is experienced in many different cuisines, once again brings Asia to the USA! Learn to make ultimate Asian bite sized appetizer, dim sum and other types of Asian dumplings. During these 3 hours you will focus on making fillings and techniques rather than the dough. Experience the pleasure of handcrafting small bite sized dumplings under the direction of your instructor. You’ll also learn to how to store in the freezer if you make big batch. This is fully hands-on experience cooking class. Enjoy steamed, boiled or pan-fried Asian dumplings at the end of the class.
