You will enjoy her baked brie served with
dried fruit, nuts and jam and crackers. First course includes:mixed baby field
greens with blue cheese, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts and vinaigrette
dressing. Second course includes: Chicken Fricassee on a bed of pasta.
Third course includes: chocolate mousse, beignet (not demoed)
with a salted caramel sauce.
