Founded in 1901 in the same intersection where it stands today, employee-owned Citizens Bank of Edmond is proud to be one of only 14 women-led financial institutions in the US. Lissa Qualls is trained and certified in a variety of coaching/training modalities: Life - Strengths - Narrative Coach - Conversational Intelligence. Lissa works with her clients one-on-one or with group coaching to help clients understand the strengths they possess and the lens with which they see the world in order to have more effective conversations. Lissa also offers workshops to help build trust, grow team engagement, have more effective conversations, increase productivity and ultimately enhance work joy.
