Elizabeth provides individual psychotherapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, perfectionism, and codependency. Elizabeth offers a holistic mind-body approach incorporating mindfulness meditation and other somatic therapies.
Elizabeth also provides meditation coaching and training. Whether individually or in groups, participants learn evidenced-based meditation practices to increase positivity, relaxation, focus, self-awareness, and compassion; while also reducing anxiety, depression, distraction, chronic pain, and age-related cognitive declines. Elizabeth provides group meditation training in the community at yoga studios, corporate wellness programs, and at other community events.
