The Ascension Providence Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Ascension Providence Hospital that supports the programs and services of the hospital through fundraising efforts and community engagement. The team raises funds for programs, equipment, patient support, hospital advancements, endowments and more. Through the generosity of close to 6,000 donors, the Foundation has raised over $35 Million in the past five years to support neurosurgery and neurological research, cardiovascular care, medical education, cancer care, and capital improvements. Over the next five years projects include neurosurgery and cardiovascular advancements, behavioral and mental health including Ascension’s Brighton Center for Addiction Recovery, assistance for patients in need, cancer care, and more.
The Mission of Ascension, a Catholic health ministry, is committed to providing spiritually centered, holistic care which sustains and improves the health of individuals in the communities we serve with special attention to the poor and vulnerable.
