Regional developer Scott Paul chose to open Birmingham’s first dog daycare in response to a need he observed for a premier dog daycare and boarding option in the area. The new location offers convenient, quality pet care for both local residents and commuters in the Detroit Metro Area.

Conveniently located in southeast Birmingham near Birmingham's Rail District, Dogtopia of Birmingham offers 6,200 square feet of indoor space, including multiple playrooms with noise and impact reducing rubber floors for dogs of all ages and sizes. The facility also offers a 700 square foot outdoor play area. Providing additional peace of mind, the facility employs an experienced team who are trained on dog behavior, proper canine health and safety standards, such as CPR and first aid. Dogtopia of Birmingham also maintains live webcams enabling customers with the ability to check in on their furry kids any time of the day. Operating seven days a week, Dogtopia of Birmingham is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. for boarding pick-up / drop-off only.

Dogtopia of Birmingham offers an assortment of unique services to clients, including weekly themed parties, monthly birthday celebrations, daily lunch and treat specials, spa bath and blowout, and suite boarding.
