The Health and Wellness Expo will showcase alternative, natural treatment to manage pain. While pain medication, both over the counter and RX are valuable tools to reduce pain, these same medicines can have undesirable side effects. Holistic approaches shift the focus of health care onto health promotion and prevention using inexpensive, non-addictive modalities.
