AdventHealth College Boulevard is now open in the heart of Overland Park at College Boulevard and Metcalf Avenue. The campus includes AdventHealth’s fourth 24/7 emergency department in Johnson County.
The $35 million development spans 51,000 square feet and includes an emergency department with eight exam rooms and a full-service lab, in addition to an imaging center with ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy and CT scan services available to outpatients and emergency patients. As with AdventHealth’s other emergency department locations, emergency patients who need to be admitted for hospital care are transferred to AdventHealth Shawnee Mission without cost to the patient.

AdventHealth College Boulevard will initially generate 25 new jobs. The campus will continue to be built out over the next year with a primary care practice on the second floor and an outpatient health and wellness center on the third floor that will feature integrative medicine, nutritional medicine and functional medicine to complement traditional medical care.

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission partnered with RMTA, Earl Swensson Associates, Turner Construction, MedDevelopment and Copaken Brooks.
AdventHealth College Boulevard is located at 7025 College Boulevard, Overland Park, KS 66211 – on the southeast corner of College Boulevard and Metcalf Avenue, just south of I-435.
