Jenny Caldwell
Jenny Caldwell LCSW LLC

At some point in their lives, most people face some sort of stressor, trauma, or obstacle. After working continuously in the counseling field since 1995, Jenny Caldwell has seen that everyone - no matter who they are - has or has had something going on behind the scenes. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, she focus her work on adults and sometimes teens, primarily in areas of grief, depression, anxiety, women’s issues, and divorce. She particularly enjoys helping with multifaceted and complex challenges that blended families and co-parenting individuals face.

Jenny has extensive experience providing adoption home studies for families, judges, and attorneys in Central Arkansas in addition to her work counseling with more than 17 years of practice.

A fifth generation Arkansan, Jenny has found a home in Maumelle since 2004 and finds that its location is the perfect place to both raise a family and to run her private counseling practice. Jenny earned a Bachelor of Science from Henderson State University and a Master of Social Work from UALR. Before realizing that she wanted to make Arkansas home, Jenny fulfilled her childhood dream of being a flight attendant while she lived in New York City for two years.

Jenny is a mom and a therapist - in that order.  So when she isn't helping clients she can often be found spending time with her family; husband Shawn Armbrister and her four children, Miles, Anna-Kate, Gage and Tripp. Or chasing after the family's golden doodle, Ellie Belle.

Tracie moved from Northeast Arkansas to Maumelle three years ago and immediately fell in love with and welcomed by the community. Being involved with the Maumelle Chamber has given me the opportunity to meet new people and learn about existing and upcoming businesses in our city. This was an inroad that I could never have explored without being involved with the Chamber. Thus, I’ve had the opportunity to be involved with and visit many different kinds of business. I strongly encourage any business owner or individual who wants the opportunity to gain insight into the community and to meet and work with other community businesses, to become a member of the Maumelle Chamber. I enjoy the weekly and monthly events to associate and network, hear and see the potential and greatness of people, unify and cultivate relationships with community leaders, businesses and individuals.  The Chamber has given me a far better sense of community pride where we all can come together to build something special, not just in each other’s business but in the great city of Maumelle. Championing the local business community has become a favorite pastime of mine and I'm honored to be part of this group!

Megan Ludvinsky
Owner
About Space | Home Organizing

My parents moved us to Maumelle, Arkansas when I was 2 years old. In my youth, I attended Pine Forest Elementary, hung out at the “old” Community Center, and played every Maumelle sponsored sport imaginable (I was one of the first Marlins!). I attended Oak Grove Junior High, where I was elected Student body President, and went on the attend Little Rock Central High, where I was also elected Student Body President. I enjoyed an idyllic childhood in Arkansas and have enjoyed watching this “new town Maumelle” grow from a tiny small town to a big small town in the span of my lifetime.

I left Maumelle in 1996 to attend college at the University of Kansas and earn my BFA in Industrial Design. My next stop was New York City, where I designed handbags and wallets for and with many recognizable luxury brands over the course of 15 years, namely Tommy Hilfiger, Isaac Mizrahi, Kenneth Cole, Cole Haan, and Henri Bendel. I created beautiful and functional accessories, further honing my sense of order, style and aesthetic. My career in fashion also enabled me to travel the world and see things from a new perspective. I loved it.

New York is also where I met my Husband, Kevin Ludvinsky. We were married in Little Rock in October 2009. We had our children there as well, our daughter, Luella Mae, was born in September of 2013, and our son, Oliver Ellis, was born in February of 2015. I always knew that I wanted to eventually move back to Arkansas, and Kevin, now a long-time visitor, was completely in favor of the move. With 2 babies in tow, we realized it was now or never. We both quit our jobs and moved home to Maumelle, Arkansas during the summer of 2016.

Since Arkansas is without a fashion house in need of a handbag designer, I knew I was going to have to pool my other resources to figure out what my new livelihood would be when we got here. I had to figure out my strengths and how to optimize them. One thing kept resonating - I had always had a knack for organization and design from a very young age. Both attributes served me well in my last career. Even better, organizing calmed me and I found it incredibly gratifying. I organized and reorganized all of the closets in my home as a child, because it was so fun for me to put things in order for my family and for myself. It just made life easier for all of us and provided clarity and order when our busy lives became hectic. In addition to this passion for order, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. So I combined these 2 directives to form my professional organizing company, About | Space.
