The Collaborative Companies is a full-service, residential real estate marketing firm specializing in developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing programs for large-scale, vertical urban and suburban development projects throughout Greater Boston. The Collaborative Companies is currently involved in more than $1 billion dollars of projects in the Greater Boston area.

TCC is looking for a on-site Sales Coordinator.  Position will be required to work on weekends.

This position is located in Plymouth, MA.

Job responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Accountabilities:        

Manage the site in order to maximize the sales of homes/condominiums in the community.

Maintaining positive business relations with the builder/developer.

Conducting all business with the highest standard of integrity and honesty.

Required to work weekends 

Responsibilities:         

Maintaining channels of communication to ensure that the Sales Director is fully informed of all site activities.

Awareness of the marketplace.

Handling traffic as required by the Sales Director in order to ensure maximum service for all customers.

Maintaining positive relations with the broker community.

Assisting with sales and marketing activities as requested by the Sales Director.

Gathering of necessary information, preparation of marketing and sales reports.

Promote the project through various social media platforms.

Duties and Tasks:       

Assist Sales Director as required in ensuring the grounds, sales office and model homes are in optimum showing condition at all times.

Be thoroughly familiar with all products and programs offered by the builder/developer. Assist the Sales Director as required.

Provide site coverage as required by the Sales Director to ensure maximum service to all customers.

Process reservation agreements.

Prepare draft P&S agreements & all exhibits.

Maintain communication with Buyer/Broker/Attorney to ensure timely signing and execution of P&S agreement.

Maintain good relations with community residents to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals.

Assist Sales Director to maintain and submit all reporting forms required in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Manual, including but not limited to the customer tracking system and a monthly web/analytics report.

Conduct customer follow-up activities.

Be familiar with local community services and programs that might be of interest to customers such as schools, churches, shopping, recreation, etc.

Assist the Sales Director in planning & conducting special sales events and marketing projects as required.

Requirements:  
 

Education:      

College Degree preferred. 

Computer & Social Media literate.

The individual must be professional, enthusiastic and comfortable in a team environment.
