The Boys & Girls Clubs of Plymouth is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal summertime staff team!

    Plymouth County Development Council and Plymouth County Convention & Visitors Bureau seek an experienced, strategic and visionary Executive Director to lead the regional agenda of the Plymouth County Convention & Visitors Bureau, including Destination Plymouth, during this important moment when tourism is front and center across the region and Commonwealth.

    Plymouth Country Convention & Visitors Bureau (PCCVB) is one of 16 Regional Tourism Councils in the Commonwealth working in conjunction with the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism (MOTT) to promote economic development through tourism. As part of Plymouth County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Destination Plymouth (DP) is a member-based agency whose mission is to work in unison to promote Plymouth and surrounding communities as a tourism destination to both domestic and international audiences.

    The Executive Director will possess strong organizational acumen, grant writing and interpersonal skills, outstanding judgment, and be a critical thinker. The Executive Director will lead the work and assimilate and balance different interests of various constituent groups and individuals.     or this position, the successful candidate will either possess or be eligible to obtain Massachusetts FE/EIT certification. Duties will include field survey with a mixture of total stations, robotic total stations, GPS, 3d laser scanning equipment and electronic data collectors under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor. Knowledge and experience with this equipment is helpful but not a requirement for employment. Candidate will be responsible for processing field data for drafting primarily in AutoCAD Civil 3d, preparing design plans under the supervision of a Professional Engineer, drainage calculations, preparing permit applications, presenting applications to local municipalities and providing construction support including as-built surveys and inspections. Previous experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d is a prerequisite for employment. Strong communication skills are essential with supervisors, coworkers, clients and contractors.
