SERVPRO® of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes is seeking a team minded Fire & Water Restoration Technician.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each job.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® and IICRC insurance production guidelines per work order.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with Client, Production Manager, Office Personnel, and Owner (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.

HOURS: Weekdays 8AM - 5PM. Hours may run later depending on the job and its location. Rotating on-call and weekend emergency calls.

COMPENSATION: Dependent on experience, plus periodic performance incentives.
