Tracie Flynn
Branch Manager

Tracie Flynn is the Branch Manager for Manpower of Central Arkansas. Her territory covers Central and Northeast Arkansas. Manpower is the global leader in contingent and permanent recruitment workforce solutions. They provide the agility businesses need with a continuum of staffing solutions.

Tracie graduated from Arkansas State University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She is active in CAHRA (Central Arkansas Human Resource Association), NLR Chamber of Commerce where she serves as on the Vanguard Committee and the Maumelle Chamber of Commerce where she presently serves on the Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Leadership Jonesboro 2012 (Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce) and Leadership Paragould 2013 (Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce) and currently a participant in Leadership Maumelle 2017 (Maumelle Chamber of Commerce).

Tracie is married to Coy Flynn and has one daughter Morgan Martin (21) who is a senior at Arkansas State University and plans to attend law school the fall of 2018, two step sons Colt (17) who attends Maumelle High School, and Chase (12) who attends Christ the King.

Tracie moved from Northeast Arkansas to Maumelle three years ago and immediately fell in love with and welcomed by the community. Being involved with the Maumelle Chamber has given me the opportunity to meet new people and learn about existing and upcoming businesses in our city. This was an inroad that I could never have explored without being involved with the Chamber. Thus, I’ve had the opportunity to be involved with and visit many different kinds of business. I strongly encourage any business owner or individual who wants the opportunity to gain insight into the community and to meet and work with other community businesses, to become a member of the Maumelle Chamber. I enjoy the weekly and monthly events to associate and network, hear and see the potential and greatness of people, unify and cultivate relationships with community leaders, businesses and individuals.  The Chamber has given me a far better sense of community pride where we all can come together to build something special, not just in each other’s business but in the great city of Maumelle. Championing the local business community has become a favorite pastime of mine and I'm honored to be part of this group!
